Biography
An Executive Coach, international Motivational Speaker and Influencing Expert in high demand Tee Dobinson has twenty-nine years of solid experience and is passionate about increasing confidence in others. Her user-friendly style and dedicated people centred approach has enabled her to help a huge number of individuals and organisations find solutions, meet challenges and manage change effectively.
Tee has vast experience of designing and leading a variety of training programmes and team building events throughout local and central government as well across the corporate world and with small business and charities. Tee has spoken on Leadership, Influencing Skills, Change Management, Performance Management, and Customer Service at events worldwide.
Tee was part of the training company Impact Factory for thirteen years, four at Director level. During her time at Impact Factory she created a huge library of work, designed and delivered programmes for an extensive client list and had a key role in training all the current Partners, a process which takes several years. Now, Tee is concentrating on her motivational work with both individuals and groups.
A ‘serial-achiever’ Tee has an impressive track record as an educator and motivator, starting her career in education, being awarded a year’s secondment to the prestigious Laban Centre and becoming the youngest person in the UK to be appointed to train teachers. Tee then rose to the top in the health and fitness industry where she presented throughout the US and Europe, spent nine years as a sponsored Nike Athlete, became the first AFAA Certification Specialist in Europe, was nominated Fitness Leader of the UK and co-wrote ‘The Crunch’, a fitness book that was a best seller in 28 countries.
Tee’s client experience includes extensive work with a wide range of organisations including British Airways; Disability Right Commission; Eversheds; GalaBingo; LazyTown Entertainment; Lewisham Council; Kelloggs; Nike; Nokia; Surrey County Council; The House of Commons; The House of Lords and Tower Hamlets Council. Eversheds awarded Tee ‘Best Trainer in the UK’ in 2007.
Tee has led the ILM courses ‘Award for First Line Managers’ and ‘Certificate for First Line Managers’ for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets since 1997 and has also devised a four-year mentoring programme for Tower Hamlets school children, training and supporting a group of Mentors to run it. The programme was commended by Ofsted and has been adopted on a permanent basis.
