Biography
Mission Excellence is an organisational performance consultancy focused on improving clients' ability to execute. Consultants are predominantly former military fighter pilots including several Red Arrows. Areas of intervention include advanced planning and problem solving, team and leadership development, teamwork in high-risk environments, and achieving continuous improvement, all delivered through consultancy, training programmes, and high-impact interventions for conferences and management meetings.
A routine fighter pilot mission requires a complex combination of intra- and inter-teamwork, together with outstanding leadership and execution. Individual fighter pilots have to deliver their mission whilst coping with almost constant information overload in a hostile operating environment, which is changing at around 600 miles per hour. Failure is not an option; mistakes cost lives.
The Red Arrows bring a unique perspective to the underlying performance and development issues based on their hard-won experience and proven track record.
