Derek Redmond recently spoke at a Sainsbury's management conference. Telling the stories of the great 4x400m victory and the contrasting disaster in Barcelona, Derek examined some important issues relating to team work and goal setting.   Receiving a rating from delegates of 100%, Derek was delighted to assist the in house conference team achieve a staggering, 97% for the overall quality of the event.
