Russell Kane Strutting His Stuff for Comic Relief

Attracting millions of viewers and hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity, ‘Let’s Dance’ has got to be one of the funniest parts of Comic Relief. In 2009, we saw Robert Webb win with his incredible interpretation of Jenifer Beal’s role in Flashdance (complete with eighties leotard!), and who could ever forget Rufus Hound’s truly stunning portrayal of Cheryl Cole, which scooped victory in 2010?

This year funning man Russell Kane is among the line-up of celebrities and comedians vying for the top spot, alongside The Mighty Boosh comic Noel Fielding, model Katie Price, comedian Marcus Brigstocke and actor Joe Swash.

They’ll be joined by Colin and Justin, Penny Smith, Andi Osho, Ed Byrne, Rebecca Front, Lulu, Caroline Flack, Adrian Edmondson, Lee Nelson and an Eighties super group of Toyah Wilcox, Clare Grogan, Chesney Hawkes and Limahl.

We can’t wait to see his performance, which may, according to Twitter rumors, involve hotpants(!)
All in the name of charity; make sure your tune in to Comic Relief ‘Let’s Dance’ which kicks off this Saturday (February 19th).
